Calgary

First stop: Calgary, Alberta

I flew into Calgary on the night of October 8th, and met up with Dave.  We set ourselves up at the downtown Westin, and Dave decided he wasn't quite ready for vacation yet. . . .

I have to give Dave credit though, because in the aerospace business you can't just pack up and leave everything behind when you're working on a new program.  Fortunately for him, he didn't have to devote too much time to working.

The Westin in Calgary wasn't a bad place to stay, and the room overlooked the Eau Claire Center.  The only problem was the fact that the room had twin size beds and a shower that you could barely move around in.  I hadn't slept on a twin size bed in about 15 years. . . . .
